Well, we called Mr. John Rakoci in late January 2011...he and his wife were in Southport eating lunch. From that day to closing John was with us all the way from cell calls, faxing, more info needed, inspections, and etc.

John is a very exceptional person in all the ways of the word EXCEPTIONAL. We closed in March 2011 and loving the place.
